LMS: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Join us Tuesday, May 3rd, 8:30-10:00 am at UNUM, Portland

On Tuesday, May 3rd¸ the eLearning Playgroup will meet to discuss the trials and tribulations of Learning Management Systems (LMS).  So please join us in a lively discussion as we share our experiences on the topic of “LMS: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”. 

This month’s meeting will be held at Unum, HO2, Room GG at 2211 Congress Street, Portland.  For the rest of this year, we’ll be alternating the hosting of the monthly meetings between Unum in Portland and TD Bank in West Falmouth.

On February 1st¸ the eLearning Playgroup will be tackling one of the most commonly asked questions of eLearning Developers: can you take a PowerPoint presentation and turn it into eLearning? We'll workshop together on a PowerPoint presentation to figure out how, or if, we should turn it into eLearning.


Editing Audio - Practicum

On January 4th, 2011¸the eLearning Playgroup will be putting our newly found knowledge into practice by working directly with audio files to make them publication ready.  We’ll work with audio files from start to finish, with experienced members guiding those who need more help.
